Other Subscriptions Clause Samples
The 'Other Subscriptions' clause defines how a party’s involvement in additional or concurrent subscription agreements is addressed within the contract. Typically, this clause clarifies whether entering into other similar agreements is permitted, restricted, or subject to disclosure, and may require the party to notify or obtain consent from the other party before subscribing to similar services or offerings. Its core function is to prevent conflicts of interest, ensure transparency, and manage the risk of overlapping obligations that could affect the parties’ rights or performance under the agreement.
Other Subscriptions. The shares of Common Stock issued in connection with the Other Subscriptions are of the same class with identical rights under the Company's Articles of Incorporation and are being issued at the identical Subscription Price, as the Shares issued to Shareholder under this Agreement.
Other Subscriptions. For all other Subscriptions, if you terminate a Subscription before the end of the Term, you must pay a fee equal to one-month's Subscription fee and you will receive a refund of any portion of the Subscription fee

Other Subscriptions. There may be one or more directors of the Company who will participate in this offering and who will be executing Subscription Agreements to purchase up to an aggregate of 50,000 shares of Common Stock that are identical to this Agreement (the “Concurrent Transaction”), except that the price per Share will be higher in accordance with Nasdaq rules; provided, however, that such subscription agreements will not be executed until after the filing of the Form 10-K.
Other Subscriptions. The Fund has entered into separate but substantially similar subscription agreements (the “Other Subscription Agreements” and, together with this Agreement, the “Subscription Agreements”) with other purchasers (the “Other Purchasers”), providing for the sale to the Other Purchasers of Units and the admission of the Other Purchasers as Members. This Agreement and the Other Subscription Agreements are separate agreements, and the sales of Units to you and the Other Purchasers are separate sales.
Other Subscriptions. The Company intends to enter into separate but substantially identical subscription agreements (the “Other Subscription Agreements” and, together with this Agreement, the “Subscription Agreements”) with other purchasers (the “Other Purchasers”), providing for the sale to the Other Purchasers of Shares. This Agreement and the Other Subscription Agreements are separate agreements, and the sales of Shares to you and the Other Purchasers are to be separate sales.
Other Subscriptions. In all other cases than those described in Clause 6.2, the Customer must choose one of the following options and indicate it on the Subscription Order:
