Other Sharing Sample Clauses

The "Other Sharing" clause defines the circumstances under which information, resources, or benefits may be shared with third parties beyond the primary parties to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the types of information or assets that can be shared, the conditions or approvals required for such sharing, and any limitations or obligations that must be observed. For example, it may specify that confidential data can only be shared with subcontractors who agree to similar confidentiality terms.
