Other Shared Assets. Subject to Section 4.1, each Service Provider hereby grants Recipient the right, license or permission, as applicable, to use and access the benefits under the agreements, contracts and licenses that such Service Provider will purchase, acquire, become a party or beneficiary to or license on behalf of Recipient (the "Future Shared Assets" and collectively with the Shared IP Rights and the Shared Lease, the "Shared Assets").
