Other Services and Conflicts. If you and Bank have entered into any other agreement related to additional bank services offered in connection with your Account (“Other Agreement”), this Agreement and the Other Agreement shall be read together as if one agreement. If any term of such Other Agreement conflicts with any term of this Agreement, this Agreement shall control. If any statement that is made by one of our employees, our affiliates’ employees, or by Servicer or Servicer’s employees or affiliates, conflicts with this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.

If we make available to you any of our other banking services offered in connection with your Account (e.g., wire or check services), we may provide certain terms and conditions of the additional service to you in a separate agreement or disclosure. If a service we offer has a separate agreement, and there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the separate agreement, the separate agreement shall control with respect to the addition services (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, the Account or Card).

Também podemos exercer esses direitos contra qualquer beneficiário da conta. Esses direitos existem independentemente de quem contribuiu com os fundos para a Conta. Consideraremos seu consentimento a este Contrato como seu consentimento para que possamos afirmar nossa garantia real ou exercer nosso direito de compensação caso alguma lei que rege sua Conta exija seu consentimento.
