Common use of Other Senior Notes Clause in Contracts

Other Senior Notes. The Note Agreements relating to the Other Senior Notes (as defined in paragraph 1(j) above) shall have been amended by amendment agreements substantially in the form of this Agreement (with such changes therein as to form but not of substance, as may be appropriate in the circumstances) and all amendments, waivers and consents provided for in such amendment agreements shall have become and remain effective.

Other Senior Notes. The Note Agreements (the "Other Senior Note Agreements") relating to the Other Senior Notes (as defined in paragraph 1(j) above) shall have been amended by amendment agreements substantially in (the form "Senior Note Amendments") executed by the holders of this Agreement such Notes (with such changes therein the "Other Senior Noteholders") having the same substantive effect (as to form but not of substance, as may be appropriate in the circumstancessuch Other Senior Note Agreements) and all amendments, waivers and consents provided for in such amendment agreements shall have become effective. The Noteholders shall have received true and remain effectivecorrect copies of the Senior Note Amendments.
