The section and other headings contained in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and shall not affect in any way the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. Any undertakings, representations and indemnities contained in this Agreement are made and given subject to the contents of the Attachments attached hereto and are deemed to be modified and amended accordingly. No matter disclosed with respect to a specific Attachment shall be deemed to be an exception to any other Attachment hereunder, unless the applicability of such item is reasonably apparent by reference to such other Attachment.
