Common use of Other Restrictions on Transfer Clause in Contracts

Other Restrictions on Transfer. The restrictions on Transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer to which a Stockholder may be subject, including any restrictions on transfer contained in any equity incentive plan, restricted stock agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder is bound.

Other Restrictions on Transfer. The restrictions on Transfer transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer transfer to which a Stockholder an Investor may be subject, including any restrictions on transfer contained in any equity incentive planthe Company’s certificate of incorporation, restricted stock option or warrant agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription purchase agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder Investor is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder Investor is boundbound or any applicable lock up rules and regulations of any national securities exchange or market or national securities association.

Other Restrictions on Transfer. The restrictions on Transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer to which a Stockholder may be subject, including any restrictions imposed by applicable Law or restrictions on transfer contained in the Charter or any equity incentive plan, restricted stock agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder it is bound.

Other Restrictions on Transfer. The restrictions on Transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer to which a Stockholder may be subject, including including, without limitation, any restrictions on transfer contained in any equity incentive plan, a restricted stock agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder it is bound.

The restrictions on Transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer to which a an Interest Holder or Stockholder may be subject, including including, without limitation, any restrictions on transfer contained in any equity incentive plan, restricted stock agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement a Management Equity Award Agreement or other agreement to which such Interest Holder or Stockholder is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder it is bound.

Other Restrictions on Transfer. The restrictions on Transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer to which a Stockholder Xxxxx may be subject, including any restrictions on transfer Transfer contained in any equity incentive plan, restricted stock agreement, lockup agreement (whether in connection with the IPO or otherwise), stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder Xxxxx is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder Xxxxx is bound.

Other Restrictions on Transfer. The restrictions on Transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer to which a Stockholder may be subject, including any restrictions on transfer contained lock-up agreement entered into with the representatives of the several underwriters in the Initial Public Offering, any coordination agreement, or any equity incentive plan, restricted stock agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder is bound.

The restrictions on Transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer to which a Stockholder may be subject, including any restrictions on transfer contained in any equity incentive plan, a restricted stock agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder it is bound.

The restrictions on Transfer transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer transfer to which a Stockholder Manager may be subject, including any restrictions on transfer contained in the Company’s amended and restated certificate of incorporation, or any equity incentive plan, restricted stock agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder Manager is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder Manager is boundbound or any applicable lock-up rules and regulations of any national securities exchange or national securities association.

Other Restrictions on Transfer. The restrictions on Transfer contained in this Agreement are in addition to any other restrictions on Transfer to which a Stockholder may be subject, including including, without limitation, the restrictions contained in the Sponsor Letter Agreement, the Bylaws of the Issuer and the OpCo LLC Agreement, and any restrictions on transfer Transfer contained in any equity incentive plan, restricted stock agreement, stock option agreement, stock subscription agreement or other agreement to which such Stockholder is a party or instrument by which such Stockholder is bound.
