Other Reports and Statements. Promptly upon the mailing to its equity holders of each annual report or other report or communication, a copy of each such report or communication; and promptly upon any filing by Borrower with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or any governmental agency or agencies substituted therefor, or with any national securities exchange, of any annual or periodic or special report or registration statement, a copy of such report or statement.
