Other Remedies for Breach. The rights and remedies of the Members set forth in this Agreement are neither mutually exclusive nor exclusive of any right or remedy provided by law, in equity or otherwise. Subject to the dispute resolution provisions of Section 13.3, the Members agree that all legal remedies (such as monetary damages), other than punitive damages as well as all equitable remedies (such as specific performance) will be available for any breach or threatened breach of any provision of this Agreement.
