Other Quality Issues. Party B shall understand and account for the surrounding environment, traffic road, field geologic information of the worksite, contracting scope, construction drawings, and construction organization design before executing this Contract. Additionally, Party B also shall account for such factors as construction technique measure, safety maintenance, civilization site construction, and other similar factors.
Other Quality Issues. A Practitioner or HDO may reapply after a period of one (1) year from the date of the final determination.
