OTHER PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT. first offer the position to the teacher with recall rights who has the most seniority among those laid-off pursuant to this agreement, provided that the teacher possesses the necessary qualifications for the available position. If that teacher declines the offer, the position shall be offered to the teacher with recall rights with the next greatest seniority and the necessary qualifications, and the process shall be repeated until the position is filled. All positions which become available shall be filled in this manner while there are remaining teachers with recall rights pursuant to this agreement.
