Other Programmes Clause Samples

The 'Other Programmes' clause defines how the agreement interacts with or is affected by other programs, initiatives, or projects that may be running concurrently or in relation to the main subject of the contract. It typically clarifies whether the rights, obligations, or resources under this agreement are exclusive or if they may overlap with those of other similar programmes. For example, it may specify if participants can be involved in multiple programmes at once or if certain benefits are limited to one programme only. This clause helps prevent conflicts, duplication of benefits, or misunderstandings by clearly outlining the relationship between the current agreement and any other related programmes.
