Common use of Other Plans and Programs Clause in Contracts

Other Plans and Programs. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in those defined benefit, defined contribution, group insurance, medical, dental, disability and other benefit plans, vacation programs, automobile allowance programs, and business expense reimbursement programs of the Company as from time to time in effect for those at the Executive’s level.

Other Plans and Programs. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in those defined benefit, defined contribution, group insurance, medical, dental, disability and other benefit plans, vacation programs, automobile allowance programs, and business expense reimbursement programs of the Company as from time to time in effect for those at the Executive’s level and in the Executive’s circumstances. As of the Effective Date, those programs include those listed on Exhibit B hereto, but the parties recognize and agree that the Company retains the right to make changes to those programs that would apply across-the-board and/or to Executives at the Executive’s level.
