Other Pfizer Programs. Sangamo understands and acknowledges that Pfizer may have present or future initiatives or opportunities, including initiatives or opportunities with its Affiliates or Third Parties, involving products, programs, technologies or processes that are similar to, and in some instances may compete with, a Product, program, technology or process covered by this Agreement. Sangamo acknowledges and agrees that except for Section 2.4, nothing in this Agreement will be construed as a representation, warranty, covenant or inference that Pfizer will not itself Develop, Manufacture or Commercialize or enter into business relationships with one or more of its Affiliates or Third Parties to develop, Manufacture or Commercialize products, programs, technologies or processes that are similar to or that may compete with any Product, program, technology or process covered by this Agreement, provided that, for clarity, Pfizer will not use Sangamo’s Confidential Information in breach of this Agreement, including in the course of or to further the development, Manufacture or Commercialization of any products, programs, technologies or processes that are similar to or that may compete with any Product.
