Common use of Other Performance Default Clause in Contracts

Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and this failure continues for thirty (30) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the thirty (30) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then Tenant shall not be in default so long as Tenant continues to diligently cure its failure;
