Common use of Other Performance Default Clause in Contracts

Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) such failures during the Term of this Lease, this failure continues for ten (10) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten (10) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten (10) day period shall be extended to sixty (60) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) and such failures during the Term of this Lease, this failure continues for ten thirty (1030) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten thirty (1030) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten thirty (1030) day period shall be extended to sixty one hundred twenty (60120) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) such failures during the Term of this Lease, Lease and this failure continues for ten twenty (1020) days after written notice from LandlordLandlord (provided, however, that the notice and cure period shall be reduced to ten (10) days if the alleged default affects other tenants in the Project), except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten twenty (1020) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten twenty (1020) day period shall be extended to sixty (60) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Tenant fails to perform any other obligation material obligation, individually or in the aggregate, to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) such material failures during the Term of this Lease, this failure continues for ten (10) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten (10) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten (10) day period shall be extended to sixty (60) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) such failures during the Term of this Leasein any twelve (12) month period, this failure continues for ten twenty (1020) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten twenty (1020) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten twenty (1020) day period shall be extended to sixty (60) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) such failures during the Term of this Lease, this failure continues for ten thirty (1030) days (after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten thirty (1030) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten thirty (1030) day period shall be extended to sixty (60) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) such failures failure during the Term of this LeaseLease with respect to a particular provision, this failure continues for ten (10) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten (10) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten (10) day period shall be extended to sixty (60) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two three (23) such failures during any Fiscal Year of the Term of this Lease, this failure continues for ten (10) business days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten (10) business day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten (10) business day period shall be extended to sixty thirty (6030) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) such failures during the Term of this Lease, this failure continues for ten fifteen (1015) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten fifteen (1015) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten fifteen (1015) day period shall be extended to sixty (60) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;

Other Performance Default. Tenant fails to perform any other obligation to Landlord under this Lease, and, in the case of only the first two (2) such failures during the Term of this Lease, and this failure continues for ten thirty (1030) days after written notice from Landlord, except that if Tenant begins to cure its failure within the ten thirty (1030) day period but cannot reasonably complete its cure within such period, then, then Tenant shall not be in default so long as Tenant continues to diligently attempt to cure its failure, the ten (10) day period shall be extended to sixty (60) days, or such lesser period as is reasonably necessary to complete the cure;
