User Group Meetings. To the extent Computershare plans and holds meetings between the personnel who manage its technology products and the clients who use particular technology products, if applicable Computershare will provide the Fund with reasonable advance notice of such meetings and invite the Fund to attend.

User Group Meetings. The Company utilizes user group to evolve the product lines and as a tool to monitor and ensure customer satisfaction. User Group forums occur twice each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. User Group typically lasts from one to three days. Change requests are submitted prior to the commencement of User Group so they may be reviewed and assembled into a book for discussion during the actual User Group meeting. During the meeting, all requests are discussed and voted on by the user community. All concerned parties are represented during discussion, no formal specification is written. The User Group book, along with all notes from the meeting, define the requirements.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting.   • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.
