Other Material Changes. Any other event or condition known to Chauvco particularly pertaining to and adversely affecting the operations, assets or business of Chauvco or the Chauvco Subsidiaries (other than events or conditions which are of a general or industry-wide nature and of general public knowledge) which would constitute a Material Adverse Effect on Chauvco.
