Any other event or condition known to ITEQ particularly pertaining to and adversely affecting the operations, assets or business of ITEQ (other than events or conditions which are of a general or industry-wide nature and of general public knowledge) which could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on ITEQ.
