Any other event or condition known to Synagro particularly pertaining to and adversely affecting the operations, assets or business of Synagro which could constitute a material adverse change in the business, assets or financial condition of Synagro, other than events or conditions which are of a general or industry-wide nature and of general public knowledge, or which have been disclosed to the Stockholders in writing.
