Other Licensed Programs Clause Samples

The "Other Licensed Programs" clause defines the scope and terms under which additional software programs, apart from the main licensed product, are included in the agreement. This clause typically specifies which supplementary or third-party programs are covered, the extent of their licensing, and any special conditions or limitations that apply to their use. For example, it may clarify whether updates, plug-ins, or bundled applications are included and under what terms. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand which ancillary software is legally covered by the license, thereby preventing disputes over unauthorized use or unclear rights.
