Other Involuntary Terminations or Breach Termination. Upon the termination of the Term that is not by reason of a Change of Control Termination, but results from either a termination by the Company without Cause other than as a result of your death or Disability, or termination by you which is a Breach Termination, you shall also receive the following payments; provided, however, that any payment made under this Section 9(c) shall be reduced by any amount paid or payable to you with respect to the same type of payment under any other plan maintained by the Company to avoid duplication of payments:
