Common use of Other Hours Clause in Contracts

Other Hours. Landlord shall make the Building’s freight elevators and loading docks available to Tenant and Tenant’s Contractors for personnel, small tools, materials and freight outside of Normal Working Hours, on a reserved exclusive basis, subject to advance reservation with Landlord, and Landlord shall administer such reservations without discrimination among the tenants of the Building. Tenant shall pay for usage under this Section 10.b in accordance with the then current rates therefor.
