Common use of Other Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Other Guarantors. The Guarantor shall be jointly and severally liable with any other guarantor of the Liabilities. If the City elects to enforce its rights against less than all guarantors of the Liabilities, that election shall not release Guarantor from Guarantor’s obligations under this Guaranty. The compromise or release of any of the obligations of any of the other guarantors or the Borrower shall not serve to waive, alter or release the Guarantor’s obligations.
