Common use of Other Fund Investments Clause in Contracts

Other Fund Investments. Principal or Manager may invest in third party mutual funds, for which the Custodian or its affiliates may provide shareholder, recordkeeping or other services. Principal hereby acknowledges that Custodian or its affiliates may receive fees for such services in addition to those fees charged by Custodian under this Agreement.
