Common use of Other Financial Clause in Contracts

Other Financial. Information In addition to financial information to be provided to the Exchange under other provisions of this Agreement or pursuant to applicable laws, rules and regulations, at the request of the Exchange, Contractor shall provide the Exchange with financial information that is (i) provided by Contractor to Health Insurance Regulators or other regulatory bodies, or (ii) reasonable and customary information that is prepared by Contractor, including, supporting information relating to SADOContractor’s SADP Enrollees. Possible requests may include (but not be limited to), annual audited financial statements, and annual profit and loss statements.
