Common use of Other Exchanges Clause in Contracts

Other Exchanges. In the event that a Restricted Global Security or Regulation S Global Security, as applicable, is exchanged for Certificates in definitive registered form without interest coupons, such Certificates may be exchanged for one another only in accordance with such procedures as are substantially consistent with the provisions above (including certification requirements intended to insure that such transfers comply with Rule 144A or are to non-U.S. Persons, or otherwise comply with Regulation S under the Securities Act, as the case may be, and as may be from time to time adopted by the Depositor and the Certificate Registrar.

Other Exchanges. In the event that a Restricted Global Security or Regulation S Global Security, as applicable, is exchanged for Certificates in definitive registered form without interest coupons, such Certificates may be exchanged for one another only in accordance with such procedures as are substantially consistent with the provisions above (including certification requirements intended to insure that such transfers comply with Rule 144A or are to non-U.S. Persons, or otherwise comply with Regulation S under the Securities Act, as the case may be, and as may be from time to time adopted by the Depositor and the Certificate RegistrarTrustee.

Other Exchanges. In the event that a Restricted Global Security or a Regulation S Global Security, as applicable, Security is exchanged for Certificates in definitive registered form without interest coupons, such Certificates may be exchanged for one another only in accordance with such procedures as are substantially consistent with the provisions above (including certification requirements intended to insure that such transfers comply with Rule 144A or are to non-U.S. Persons, or otherwise comply with Regulation S under the Securities Act, as the case may be, and as may be from time to time adopted by the Depositor Depositor, the Trustee and the Certificate RegistrarSecurities Administrator.)
