Common use of Other Employment Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Other Employment Arrangements. Except as set forth on Schedule A or provided in Section 2.1(a)(i) of the Plan, any severance or change in control plan or agreement (other than the Plan) or other similar agreements or arrangements between Executive and the Company including without limitation the Executive Agreement (the Anthem Non-Competition Agreement), shall, effective as of the Effective Date, be superseded by this Agreement and the Plan and shall therefore terminate and be null and void and of no force or effect.

Other Employment Arrangements. Except as set forth on Schedule A or provided in Section 2.1(a)(i) of the Plan, any severance or change in control plan or agreement (other than the Plan) or other similar agreements or arrangements between Executive and the Company including without limitation the Executive Agreement (the Anthem ELEVANCE HEALTH Non-Competition Agreement), shall, effective as of the Effective Date, be superseded by this Agreement and the Plan and shall therefore terminate and be null and void and of no force or effect.

Except as set forth on Schedule A or provided in Section 2.1(a)(i2.1(c) of the Plan, any severance or change in control plan or agreement (other than the Plan) or other similar agreements or arrangements between Executive and the Company including without limitation the Executive Agreement (the Anthem Non-Competition Agreement), shall, effective as of the Effective Date, be superseded by this Agreement and the Plan and shall therefore terminate and be null and void and of no force or effect.
