Common use of Other Documents; Opinions Clause in Contracts

Other Documents; Opinions. The Administrative Agent shall have received: (1) such other documents and evidence as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby; and (2) if requested by the Required Lenders, a legal opinion or opinions, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, of counsel acceptable to the Administrative Agent, with respect to any matters incident to such Disbursement, including without limitation as to the due registration of the Security Documents then in effect.
