Other Documents; Opinions. OPIC shall have received such other certificates, opinions, agreements and documents (including, without limitation, a legal opinion or opinions of counsel acceptable to OPIC), each satisfactory to OPIC in form and substance, as it may reasonably request, with respect to any matters incident to the Disbursement, which, due to changes in circumstance, are not adequately addressed by the certificates, opinions, agreements and documents that were delivered in connection with prior Disbursements.
