Other Developer Materials. If Developer uses or accesses other Developer Materials that are not provided with separate license terms, the following terms apply. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, MI authorizes Developer to internally use Developer Materials for the Non-Production Purpose.
