OTHER DEFAULTS UNDER PURCHASE DOCUMENTS. Either Seller defaults on any obligation or covenant contained in this Agreement other than those otherwise set forth in this Section 8(a), or defaults on any obligation or covenant contained in the other Purchase Documents and such default is not remedied or waived within ten (10) days after notice from the Purchaser to the Sellers of such default; or
OTHER DEFAULTS UNDER PURCHASE DOCUMENTS. The Company or any Subsidiary Guarantor shall default in the performance of or compliance with any term contained in this Agreement or any of the other Purchase Documents, other than any such term referred to in any other Section of this Section 8, and such default shall not have been remedied or waived within 30 days after the earlier of (i) an officer of the Company or such Credit Party becoming aware of such default or (ii) receipt by the Company and such Credit Party of notice from any Noteholder of such default; or
