Common use of Other Coverage Clause in Contracts

Other Coverage. Seller and anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf shall at its own expense procure and maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Original Term on all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in conjunction with the Delivery of Biodiesel to Hawaiian Electric, any other insurance or surety bonding that may be required under the laws, ordinances and regulations of any governmental authority, including the Federal Motor Carrier Act of 1980 and all rules and regulations of the DOT and/or the USDOT.

Other Coverage. Seller and anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf shall at its own expense procure and maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Original Term of this Contract on all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in conjunction with the Delivery of Biodiesel Fuel to Hawaiian Electric, any other insurance or surety bonding that may be required under the laws, ordinances and regulations of any governmental authority, including the Federal Motor Carrier Act of 1980 and all rules and regulations of the DOT and/or the USDOT.
