Common use of Other Contracts and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Contracts and Agreements. Effective upon the date of withdrawal, the New Freeport SAU will assume and be solely liable at its own expense for any other contracts or lease purchase agreements related to assets located at Freeport schools or to be owned by the New Freeport SAU under the terms of this Agreement, including school buses and other vehicles transferred to the New Freeport SAU. These agreements are listed in Exhibit 2 attached hereto. This exhibit shall be updated immediately prior to the Effective Date by mutual agreement between RSU 5 and Freeport and attached hereto as Replacement Exhibit 2.
