Other Collections Sample Clauses
The "Other Collections" clause defines the rights and procedures related to the collection of amounts owed to a party that are not covered by the main agreement. It typically outlines how a party may pursue or recover additional debts, fees, or obligations that arise outside the primary scope of the contract, such as ancillary services or unrelated transactions. This clause ensures that parties have a clear mechanism for addressing and collecting outstanding amounts, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying financial responsibilities beyond the main contractual obligations.
