Other Collateral Documentation. The Administrative Agent shall have received any documents reasonably requested thereby or as required by the terms of the Security Documents to evidence its security interest in the Collateral.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this clause (d), to the extent any security interest in any Collateral (other than security interests that may be perfected by (i) the filing of a financing statement under any applicable UCC and (ii) the delivery of certificates evidencing the Equity Interests required to be pledged pursuant to the Loan Documents) is not or cannot be perfected on the Closing Date after the Credit Parties’ use of commercially reasonable efforts to do so, then the perfection of such security interests shall not constitute a condition precedent to the availability of the initial Extensions of Credit, but instead shall be required to be delivered after the Closing Date pursuant to Section 6.3).
