Other Applicable Rates. Costs of mobilization of the Aircraft and support equipment shall be borne by the Lessee. If the Purchase Option is not exercised, then costs of demobilization of the Aircraft and support equipment to Central Point, Oregon (or a cost equivalent location of Lessor’s choice) shall be borne by the Lessee.
