Common use of OTHER AGREEMENTS; NO SIDE AGREEMENTS Clause in Contracts

OTHER AGREEMENTS; NO SIDE AGREEMENTS. Except as described on Schedule 6.12 hereto, each of the Other Agreements is substantially similar to this Agreement. Neither LandCARE nor Newco has entered or will enter into any agreement with any of the Other Founding Companies or any of the stockholders of the Other Founding Companies other than the Other Agreements and the agreements contemplated by each of the Other Agreements, including the employment agreements and leases referred to herein or entered into in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.
