Common use of Other Agents, Managers Clause in Contracts

Other Agents, Managers. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any of the other Credit Documents, any Lenders identified on the cover page of this Agreement or elsewhere herein as a “Syndication Agent,” “Documentation Agent,” “Co-Agent,” “Lead Manager” or in any similar capacity are named as such for recognition purposes only, and in their respective capacities as such shall have no powers, rights, duties, responsibilities or liabilities with respect to this Agreement and the other Credit Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby. Without limitation of the foregoing, none of the Lenders so identified shall have, by reason of this Agreement or any other Credit Document, a fiduciary relationship in respect of any Lender or any other Person. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgments with respect to any Lenders so identified as it makes in Section 10.5 with respect to the Administrative Agent.
