Common use of Other Additional Information Clause in Contracts

Other Additional Information. The Seller will provide to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders such information and documentation as may reasonably be requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time for purposes of compliance by the Administrative Agent or such Lender with applicable laws (including without limitation the PATRIOT Act and other “know your customer” and anti-money laundering rules and regulations), and any reasonable policy or procedure implemented by the Administrative Agent or such Lender to comply therewith.
