Other Activities of the Company. Without the prior consent of SAIF, neither Network18 nor any member of the Network18 Group shall directly or indirectly invest in, acquire, engage in, solicit business for, assist or otherwise cooperate with any Person (other than the Company and the Company’s Subsidiaries) that directly or indirectly is engaged (or engages) in any business that competes or that reasonably would compete with the business of the Company or any of the Company’s Subsidiaries.
