Common use of OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT Clause in Contracts

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. The Company recognizes that Consultant now renders and may continue to render management and other services to other companies which may or may not have policies and conduct activities similar to those of the Company. Consultant shall be free to render such advice and other services and the Company hereby consents thereto. Consultant shall not be required to devote its full time and attention to the performance of its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of its time and attention as the Consultant deems reasonable and necessary for such purposes.

Consultant shall be free to render such advice and other services and the Company hereby consents thereto. Consultant shall not be required to devote devotes its full time and attention to the performance of its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of its time and attention as the Consultant it deems reasonable and or necessary for such purposes.

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. The Company recognizes that the Consultant now renders and may continue to render management financial consulting and other investment banking services to other companies which may or may not have policies conduct business and conduct activities similar to those of the Company. The Consultant shall be free to render such advice and other services and the Company hereby consents thereto. Consultant shall not be required to devote its full time and attention to the performance of its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of its time and attention as the Consultant it deems reasonable and or necessary for such purposes, in its sole but reasonable discretion.

Consultant shall not be required to devote its full time and attention to the performance of its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of its time and attention as the Consultant deems reasonable and necessary for such purposes.

OTHER ACTIVITIES OF CONSULTANT. The Company recognizes that Consultant now renders and may continue to render management and other services (including but not limited to services relating to securing financing, finding investors and business development) to other companies which that may or may not have policies and conduct activities similar to those of the Company. Consultant shall be free to render such advice and other services and so long as such other company or companies do not compete at that time directly with the Company hereby consents thereto. Consultant shall not be required to devote its full time and attention to the performance of its duties under this Agreement, but shall devote only so much of its time and attention as the Consultant deems reasonable and necessary for such purposeson any product.
