Other Actions Not Prohibited. Nothing contained in this Section 15 shall be deemed to limit or restrict your rights to seek in the bankruptcy court any relief that you may deem appropriate in the event of a bankruptcy commenced by or against Debtor, and in particular, you shall be free to seek the dismissal or conversion of any case filed by Debtor, the appointment of a trustee or examiner, and relief from the automatic stay.
