Common use of OTCBB Listing Clause in Contracts

OTCBB Listing. (a) The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to cause the HAIDA GWAI Shares, subject to Rule 144, to be traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTC:BB). (b) Between the date hereof and the Effective Time, HAIDA GWAI shall furnish to E-RENTER LTD., and E-RENTER will furnish to HAIDA GWAI, within 25 business days after the end of each quarter, quarterly statements prepared by such party in conformity with its past practices) as of the last day of the period then ended. (c) Each of the parties hereto will hold and will cause its consultants and advisers to hold in confidence all documents and information furnished to it in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
