Originator’s Receivables Systems. Each Originator will ▇▇▇▇ its receivables systems to indicate that any Receivable absolutely assigned by such Originator to the Depositor is owned by the Depositor or its assignee on the Closing Date or the related Acquisition Date, as applicable, and will not change the indication until the Receivable has been paid in full by the Obligor, reacquired by such Originator, acquired by the Servicer or the Marketing Agent or sold to a third party, as applicable, under a Transaction Document.
