ORIGINATORS. With the written consent of the Program Agent and Purchaser, additional Persons may from time to time be added as "Originators" hereto.

Until such time, if ever, that a Second Tier Sale Agreement or a Purchase and Sale Agreement with an Originator is executed, delivered and approved by the Administrative Agent and all Bank Purchasers (or, in the case of SCI Brockville Corp., the Seller, SCI Brockville Corp. and the Bank Purchasers have signed a letter agreement specifying that SCI Brockville Corp. shall be considered an active Originator hereunder), all references to such Originator other than SCI and Sanmina-SCI Corporation, or a purchase from such Originator other than SCI and Sanmina-SCI Corporation, shall be inoperative.
ORIGINATORS. The Transferor shall not acquire Receivables from any Person other than an Originator which has become a party to the Receivables Purchase Agreement. The Transferor will not permit any additional originator to become a party to the Receivables Purchase Agreement as an "Originator" except following an acquisition of Accounts or other transaction which has satisfied the requirements of clause (b) of the definition of Automatic Additional Accounts.

Collectively, OutSource International, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Capital Staffing Fund, Inc., a Florida Corporation, OutSource Franchising, a Florida Corporation, Synadyne I, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Synadyne II, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Synadyne III, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Synadyne IV, Inc., a Florida Corporation, Synadyne V, Inc., a Florida Corporation, and OutSource International of America, Inc., a Florida Corporation. OUTSOURCE FRANCHISING. OutSource Franchising, Inc., a Florida corporation. OUTSTANDING. With respect to the Loans, the aggregate unpaid principal thereof as of any date of determination.
