Original Part Sample Clauses
The "Original Part" clause establishes that only genuine, manufacturer-produced parts are to be used in the context specified by the agreement, such as repairs, replacements, or maintenance. In practice, this means that any components installed or supplied must be sourced directly from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) rather than third-party or aftermarket suppliers. Original Part. The amendments to the Agreement made in Paragraph 1 hereof shall be deemed to have been an original part of the Agreement and to have been effective from and after the date of the Agreement.
