Common use of Original Issue Clause in Contracts

The Securities may, upon execution of this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture, be executed by the Company and delivered by the Company to the Trustee for authentication, and the Trustee shall, upon delivery of a Company Order, authenticate and deliver such Securities as in such Company Order provided.
