Organogenesis shall communicate to Novartis information Organogenesis learns about the effect of, the introduction of or any amendment or change of interpretation of any law, statute, regulation, order bearing on any regulatory Approval for Product where it has registration responsibility and Novartis shall advise Organogenesis of such changes in all areas where it has registration responsibilities.
