Common use of Organizational Structure Clause in Contracts

Organizational Structure. The Borrower has heretofore delivered to the Administrative Agent a true and complete copy of the Organizational Documents of each Borrower Party. The sole member of the Borrower on the date hereof is the Borrower’s Member. The sole manager of Borrower and general partner of Borrower’s Member on the date hereof is Borrower’s Manager.
